Job Summary
Warranty Specialist role in Randburg, Gauteng focusing on researching warranty concerns, preparing and customizing warranty papers, reviewing and submitting warranty claims, monitoring repair orders for warranty compliance, handling customer warranty inquiries, communicating warranty programs and bulletins to aftersales staff, ensuring compliance with warranty specifications, data entry for warranty claims, managing claim submissions and resubmissions, preparing documents for warranty audits per OEM recommendations, and maintaining a warranty parts store in line with OEM specifications; requires 3-5 years in automotive industry and experience as a Service Advisor, Warranty Clerk, or related technical background; DMS familiarity (Automate, Evolve, ADP/kerridge) advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry
- Work experience as a Service Advisor, Warranty Clerk or Technical background in the motor industry
- DMS experience (Automate, Evolve, ADP/kerridge) will be an advantage
