Serve as the initial contact for sales agencies to assist with product, system, and solution issues, taking ownership of ensuring timely and effective resolutions for customers and partners. Learn products and processes pertaining to Warranty Services standard work and product playbooks, then document field labor claims and replacement fixture or parts data. Utilize LEAN tools to improve processes, communication, and resolutions for Acuity Brands products, systems, and solutions to drive improved customer satisfaction and a reduction of quality costs. This frontline service role requires on-site presence in Decatur, GA, under a hybrid work model, with 1-20% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience
- 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service field
- Computer competence and familiarity Microsoft Office programs
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- 1-20% travel
