Job Summary
Manage daily operations and compliance for GAC France's vehicle and parts warranty business, overseeing policy implementation, dealer claim reviews, cost control, and returned parts logistics. Review and adjust warranty claims within the DMS, enforce corrective action plans through dealer audits, and conduct administrator training. Monitor warranty spend per vehicle, manage Goodwill applications, and maintain system data integrity for monthly risk reporting to GAC Europe and HQ. Ensure accurate, fair, and efficient warranty management across the French aftersales network while supporting reasonable dealer settlements and controlling non-compliant claim risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3+ years in automotive warranty claims, aftersales operations, or dealer settlement
- Fluent French (written/spoken) + Working English
- Deep understanding of claim review logic, standard labor times, parts settlement, and basic NEV 3-electric system diagnostics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with an NEV / EV OEM, Importer, National Sales Company, or Dealer Group
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- experience with DMS, Warranty Claim Systems, or SAP
