Warranty Service Manager - Osceola County

Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule all warranty repairs with contractors and customers, then follow up to inspect and ensure completion. Resolve warranty calls by visiting homes to inspect issues, determine eligibility, and work with subcontractors to fix problems quickly. Hold contractors accountable for results, manage your budget, and perform minor repairs while instructing customers on home maintenance. Handle multiple tasks within designated timeframes, overcome objections professionally, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Requires a reliable vehicle for local travel and the ability to remain calm in confrontational situations.
Required Qualifications
- A positive attitude and good social/interpersonal skills
- The ability to say 'no' and overcome objections in a professional manner
- Must be able to deal with and remain calm in confrontational situations and deal with negativity
- Previous experience in the home building industry and/or some home repair experience
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Have exceptional listening and communications skills
- Follow up and follow through consistently to deliver outstanding service
- Have excellent time management, organizational and scheduling skills
- A reliable vehicle for local travel
