Job Summary
Provide Technical Support to our Dealer base (via phone/email). Provide Customer Service to both Dealer and Retail base (via phone/email). Provide Production Support and help with Problem Resolution. Develop Troubleshooting documents. Learn product line from frame to final.
Required Qualifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs
- Familiar with RV parts or electrical/technical systems understanding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
- Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities
- Willingness to learn many different components of a RV
