Job Summary
Provide Technical Support and Customer Service to the Dealer and Retail base via phone and email. Deliver Production Support for problem resolution while developing troubleshooting documents. Learn the product line from frame to final to assist with complex issues. Requires attention to detail, intermediate computer skills, and familiarity with RV parts or electrical systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. This role supports Forest River's dealer network within a stable, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
- Willingness to learn many different components of a RV
- experience in the Industry as well as other Manufacturing Processes
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systems
- A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
