Job Summary
Conduct warranty repairs on residential roofs, including EPDM and TPC flat roofs, while managing time and schedules efficiently. Perform tasks requiring safe work in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and greater than 75 lbs occasionally. Utilize small hand tools with reliable transportation and a clean driving record, working early mornings and late evenings. This role is part of Semper Fi Roofing, a Midwest leader in home improvement, offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid at 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Must have clean driving record
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must have small hand tools (all other tools provided)
- Ability to be work safely in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
- Great communication skills with both customers & co-workers
- Ability to manage time and schedule efficiently
- Be able to work early mornings and late evenings
- Must have residential roofing experience
