Job Summary
Warranty Repair and Return role within the Warranty team focusing on expediting warranty claims, coordinating with the Warranty Manager, processing RMAs, printing pink sheets for caps, preparing caps/covers for repair, organizing stock in the yard, and collaborating cross-functionally with on-site and remote teams. Responsibilities include communicating status of repairs, creating MRB for parts, progressing warranty claims into line with production, managing and tracking caps in the yard, and handling related clerical and coordination tasks using Microsoft Office and related software.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required or equivalent years of experience in clerical, accounting, or finance.
