Warranty Quality Engineer

Job Summary
Document warranty process flows for each customer and track product field performance to monitor early returns. Manage all aspects of warranty returns, including logging in trackers, moving parts between teams, and shipping to suppliers or customers. Generate Pareto charts for analysis, document corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness while coordinating improvement plans to meet targets. Lead Warranty TNF reduction projects and provide cost estimates for warranty on quotes for new business. Validate warranty claims, dispute debits if required, and share lessons learned with the organization. Meet warranty budget for assigned products and lead reviews of analysis reports for internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in related roles
- 5 years of experience in Automotive Industry
- Advanced English
- Background in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, operation management, program management or systems engineering
- Electrical / Mechanical Engineering degree
- Good communication skills - oral and written
- Leadership and team skills
- Ability to travel as necessary to support customers
