Job Summary
The Facilities Warranty Manager oversees warranty-related activities for equipment, buildings, and mechanical systems, administering CMMS setup and ongoing warranty administration, managing warranty claims, maintaining a comprehensive warranties database, coordinating inspections and repairs with vendors, and ensuring contract compliance. Responsibilities include vendor/contractor liaison, tracking warranty expirations and terms, coordinating cross-departmental efforts (construction, NSO, IT, accounting), generating warranty performance reports, and supporting budgeting and cost-control related to warranty activities. Requires multi-site coordination, travel, and ability to drive continuous improvement in warranty management and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of facilities management or warranty administration
- Proficient in CMMS (Service Channel)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with construction, NSO, IT, accounting teams
