Job Summary
Warranty Manager responsible for developing and implementing warranty policies and procedures across Spain and Italy, analyzing warranty data to identify improvements, coaching staff on warranty processes, monitoring warranty repairs, coordinating with suppliers and vendors to resolve warranty issues, and preparing warranty reports. Fluent in Spanish or Italian and English; experience with ERP tools and Excel; strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Role involves managing warranties, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and contributing to strategies to improve customer service related to warranties. Based in Coslada (Spain) or Cernusco sul Naviglio (Italy) and performing in-person warranty management activities.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent technical background.
- Experience in warranty management within an industrial or technical environment.
