Job Summary
Warranty Manager for Discovery Land Company’s luxury residential development team. You will manage and coordinate deliveries and service repairs with contractors, vendors, and members; inspect and follow up on all service repairs; hold contractors accountable; collaborate with Project Engineers and members on maintenance items and determine warrantable items; manage multiple projects, deadlines, budgets, and quality assurance to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction; adapt to fast-paced environments and pivot to new projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years work experience in related field, preferably in luxury residential and/or commercial construction.
- Able to work with different departments and answer the call to our member’s high expectations.
- Have exceptional listening and communications skills.
- Follow up and follow through consistently to deliver outstanding service.
- Excellent time management, organizational and scheduling skills.
- Experience working in an environment with rapidly shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
- Ability to listen and respond to specific requests as directed by stakeholders.
- Ability to provide ongoing training in one-on-one sessions and small groups.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally on multiple levels in written and verbal form.
- Must be familiar with phases of horizontal construction, specifically residential.
- Must be familiar with CSI cost-code divisions.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Project and, Visio.
