Job Summary
Complete all assigned warranty work orders, answer incoming calls with proper documentation, and conduct proactive outreach. Inspect work for quality and completion within tolerances while delivering exceptional customer service. Order necessary supplies and deliveries for work orders in a timely manner. Maintain work order and trade partner schedules using provided company systems. Direct trade partner interactions, including problem solving, collaboration, and accountability for needed work. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 20-75 pounds, and comfort navigating hazardous conditions like construction equipment. Schedule includes 20-29 hours per week with an on-call rotation for nights and weekends.
