Job Summary
Conduct in-depth investigations of roofing systems exhibiting issues by surveying job data, reviewing contractor proposals, and analyzing repair scope for warrantability. Develop Amrize's claim position, negotiate resolutions with building owners, sales teams, and legal departments, and manage the full repair lifecycle from material ordering to invoice processing. Submit service orders, document findings with photographs, and prepare clear repair specifications to finalize claim resolutions while maintaining budget goals. Perform routine field travel for analysis, manage expense reporting, and provide guidance to junior staff on claims processing. Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies, including respirator fit testing.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive roofing/construction experience
- Subject matter expert for warranty services team
- Extensive knowledge of all construction practices as they relate to Elevate/GenFlex roofing systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas
- Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE")
- Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test
