Job Summary
Review daily completed truck repairs to determine warranty coverage and submit claims through manufacturer websites. Reconcile transaction history, track damaged inventory for reimbursement, and verify repair orders against service history to prevent duplicate claims. Prepare weekly and monthly reports, maintain claim status records, and provide daily updates to the service manager. Re-submit rejected claims and ensure all documentation adheres to policy manuals. Requires 1–2 years of warranty experience, post-secondary diploma, and strong analytical skills. Located in Brampton with competitive salary and healthcare benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS office is required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of previous warranty experience is preferred, with knowledge of truck and trailer parts and repair processes considered an asset
