Job Summary
Manage warranty system documentation, update labor guides, and administer user access while overseeing machine registrations and verifying Pre-Delivery Inspections. Ensure Quality Surveys are recorded, track aged registrations, and confirm correct warranty coverage for extended programs. Extract and distribute reports to Yanmar factories, support supplier recovery with system data, and monitor Product Improvement Programs. Track warranty KPIs for leadership and assist Warranty Analysts with system improvements. This role supports warranty operations across Yanmar Compact Equipment North America's dealer network in Acworth, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or 5+ years of experience working with OEM warranty processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills; able to maintain structure in dynamic environments
Desired Qualifications
- Technical background or experience in equipment, machinery, or mechanical systems
- Experience with Yanmar/ASV Compact Equipment
