Job Summary
Process warranty claims and paperwork for each franchise or distributor on a timely basis. Verify criteria required by factory or distributor, track warranty parts with repair order numbers, and arrange for parts shipment or scrapping. Schedule warranty appointments and coordinate with vendors for replacement parts. File and maintain all service records as required by the warrantor. Keep informed of all factory recalls and bulletins. This role can be based at any of our dealership locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience working in dealerships or with OEMs
- Prior experience managing warranty claims from start to finish
- Ability to operate and understand various PC based programs and invoicing
