Direct departmental scheduling, monitor attendance, and manage shift swaps and PTO requests to ensure optimal coverage. Oversee accurate payroll submissions, administrative reporting, and quarterly internal warranty audits while monitoring key performance metrics. Implement safety protocols, manage departmental resources, and lead daily mentorship, guidance, and training for new and existing talent. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff while ensuring all team actions comply with company policy and professional standards. Lead departmental meetings and act as the bridge between staff and upper management to foster a collaborative environment.
