Job Summary
Warranty Clerk/Administrator at Steele Mazda St. John's responsible for reviewing repair documentation, submitting warranty claims, and ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently according to Mazda standards. Works with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Service Manager to maintain a seamless service experience; duties include extending and completing P.D.I repair orders, entering and correcting claims, reclaiming aged claims, matching credit memos, filing documents, coordinating with departments, monitoring warranty issues, maintaining knowledge of vehicle parts, arranging invoices and appointments, and supporting service department processes while complying with safety policies. Requires 1-2 years in administrative work, strong organizational and customer-service skills, and computer proficiency; automotive service experience is an asset but not required.
