Job Summary
Process warranty claims on a timely basis for each franchise or distributor and submit all necessary paperwork to manufacturers. Verify factory criteria, track warranty parts by repair order number, and arrange for parts shipment or scrapping. Schedule warranty appointments, coordinate with vendors for replacement parts, and file service records as required. Keep informed of all factory recalls and announcements. This role can be based at any of our dealership locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience working in dealerships or with OEMs
- Prior experience managing warranty claims from start to finish
- Ability to operate and understand various PC based programs and invoicing
