Warranty Administrator

Job Summary
Review, process, and submit warranty claims to manufacturers while verifying coverage and explaining terms to customers. Maintain detailed records of parts, labor, and claim status, tracking items to final resolution. Order defective parts for shipment and ensure compliance with factory recalls and changing manufacturer policies. Act as the liaison between customers, service technicians, and manufacturers to facilitate repairs and documentation. Requires 2+ years of experience in a dealership or service department, proficiency with CRM software, and a valid driver's license. Full-time schedule with occasional overtime during peak periods. ASE certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a dealership, service department, or similar warranty-related role
- Proficiency with basic computer programs, CRM software, and data entry
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail
- Organization
- Problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with automotive parts/services (for automotive roles)
- Basic accounting/mathematical skills
- Valid Drivers license
