Job Summary

Receive, review, and process warranty claims from customers and dealers while verifying eligibility against agreements and service records. Maintain accurate documentation of claim status, coordinate replacement parts and labor, and prepare reimbursement submissions to manufacturers. Communicate with stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and support customers on claim-related inquiries. Determine claim approvals or denials based on terms, ensure repairs meet quality standards, and generate reports on trends and feedback. Identify process improvements to streamline operations and train staff on warranty procedures. Ensure full compliance with warranty agreements and regulations throughout the workflow.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in warranty administration, claims processing, or customer service
  • Knowledge of warranty terms, policies, and procedures
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheet and database software
  • Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ethical and values-driven approach to warranty administration
  • Knowledge of the products or services covered by warranty
