Job Summary
Submit proper documentation regarding warranty work to manufacturing partners and return defective parts to the manufacturer. Work with internal customers including service writers and technicians in a professional and friendly manner while monitoring account receivable to ensure timely payments. Prior RV warranty writing experience is desired along with general claims experience, multitasking ability, a valid driver's license, and a reliable work ethic. This role supports the nation's premier RV dealer, helping millions of families experience the RV lifestyle across multiple Supercenters and an inspection facility in Indiana.
