Job Summary
Administer, design, develop, and execute wargames and table top exercises for USTRANSCOM strategic plans and war-fighting development. Create event and concept plans, define purpose and objectives, design scenarios, develop mechanics, and build tools for in-game action resolution. Conduct after action activities including reports and analysis at the combatant command level. Requires Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and three years of senior staff experience in logistics, strategy, or joint planning. Onsite role at Scott AFB, IL. LMI delivers mission-ready AI and commercial-grade platforms to federal agencies across defense, space, healthcare, and energy sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Experience and background in Logistics, Distribution, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Strategy, Governance, Project Leadership
- Three years of senior staff level experience (JS, Service Headquarters, Major Command, Agency, and/or CCMD level experience)
- Masters with 4 years of experience; Bachelors with 6 years of experience
- Understanding of USTRANSCOM issues and priorities
- Experience with and understanding of DoW Joint Planning and Operations; or Joint Force Development and Design
- Strong analytic ability, presentation development, and communications skills
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (preferred). Ability to obtain TS/SCI (required)

- Understanding of wargame design and professional wargaming; wargame certification (desired)
