Job Summary
Hands-on distribution leadership role overseeing daily warehouse/distribution operations, including shipping/receiving, trucking coordination, and inventory accuracy. Leads teams to meet production and shipping goals, collaborates with other departments to support overall operations, communicates with customers to plan and fulfill orders, manages storage and handling, monitors warehouse resources and equipment, and implements process improvements to drive efficiency and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years experience, or high school diploma with 5+ years of related experience
- Proven leadership and team supervision experience
- Hands-on experience in warehousing and distribution operations
- Strong communication skills with employees, customers, and vendors
- Ability to solve problems quickly and support team performance
- Valid Indiana driver’s license
- Ability to pass a DOT medical evaluation
- Flexible schedule and strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
