Job Summary
Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, high-reach) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse; perform routine forklift maintenance checks; accurately pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment; organize inventory using a warehouse management system (WMS); assist with receiving and stocking, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure a clean, safe, hazard-free workspace; collaborate with team members and leads to meet daily goals; adhere to safety protocols and participate in the plant safety program; regular attendance and teamwork are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification and/or forklift operation experience (sit-down, stand-up, high-reach lifts)
- Must pass Basic Skills Assessment
