Job Summary
Inspect warehouse inventory on shelves, pallets, and racks to identify existing materials and reconcile physical stock with records. Capture product specifications from labels and nameplates, documenting manufacturer names, part numbers, model numbers, and dimensions. Photograph materials when required and coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and master data teams to validate attributes for SAP S/4HANA migration. Resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and master data while following safety procedures. Work 10-hour shifts, five days per week, for a two-month duration with potential extension.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, maintenance, utilities, or distribution environments
- Experience identifying industrial materials, spare parts, equipment, or maintenance components
- Ability to read equipment nameplates, labels, and manufacturer markings
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and mobile data collection applications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
