Warehouse Zone Lead - 2nd Shift

Lead a 10-member crew to ensure transfer trailers depart on time with high quality and consistency. Set the example for perfect attendance and positive work ethic while leading daily Tier-1 team huddles. Present daily reports and metrics for the Tier-2 huddle, ensuring the assigned zone is set up and clean before and after every shift. Effectively manage the team to disperse and stack skids, maintain 5S scores, and train members on process changes. Monitor schedules, assist with associate assessments, and lead the team to achieve identified metrics including on-time dispatch and load snapshot. Maintain quality of hardware and assist in developing SOPs.
