Job Summary
Warehouse & Yard Operator at Baker Hughes in Midland, TX, on-site full-time role focused on receiving, stocking, picking, and delivering materials to production or shipping areas; maintain inventory accuracy and support production through timely material delivery; operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely; perform cycle counts and assist with shipping and documentation; ensure a clean, safe working environment in compliance with company standards; requires forklift certification, at least 6 months warehouse experience, basic math and PC skills, and the ability to work in a physically demanding setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of related warehouse or logistics experience
- Hands-on forklift experience and certification
- Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Basic PC skills, with experience using warehouse systems; SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with constant movement
- Capacity to regularly lift up to 20 lbs and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience in an oilfield services or industrial environment (preferred)
