Job Summary
Amazon Delivery Station Warehouse Associate. You’ll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station—the last stop before we deliver smiles to customers. You’ll load conveyor belts, transport and stage deliveries to be picked up by drivers. Duties include loading and unloading, sorting and scanning packages with handheld devices, preparing orders for delivery, and moving pallets and packages around the facility. Training is provided on-the-job, with options for early morning or overnight shifts, and a variety of hours (full-time, reduced-time, part-time, and flex-time) with potential overtime. The role is located in La Crosse, WI and involves operating equipment and working in climate-controlled environments.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Receive and prepare packages for delivery
- Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans
- Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
- Receive truck deliveries of customer packages
