Job Summary
Warehouse Worker handles picking, packing, shipping, and staging, using pick systems to select large cases or small units, palletizing items for shipment, and wrapping for dispatch. Operates material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack) and may cross-train in inbound/outbound areas. Works 7:00am-5:30pm, Friday through Monday, with overtime as needed; responsible for timely and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting outbound activities as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a fast-paced environment, and use RF scanners or similar tech. Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED preferred
- 1-2 years related experience preferred
- Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs and stand for entire shift
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary
- Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) preferred
- Radio frequency (RF) scanner and/or voice picking experience highly preferred
- Able to read and process paperwork according to policies and procedures
- Flexibility and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
