Job Summary
Warehouse Worker responsible for staging production floors, moving products within the warehouse, and supporting multiple departments. Duties include following all safety regulations, inspecting and caring for equipment, performing inventory transactions with a barcode scanner or computer, cycle counting and pulling material for work orders, loading/unloading/relocating materials, ensuring accurate paperwork and data entry, operating dock equipment, and assisting warehouse personnel. Must maintain inventory integrity, verify incoming materials and finished goods, understand shipping and loading requirements, troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, freight damage, or contamination, and contribute to a clean, safe work environment. The role requires adherence to SOPs, effective communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and varying shifts. The position is based in Sterling, MA, and is a Full-Time hourly role with a rotating 12-hour shift (8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid lift truck license or able to attain certification
- Basic math skills
- Able to read, write, and follow instructions (in English)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Team-oriented environment
