Warehouse Worker - Sterling MA - Rotating 12-hours 8am to 8pm

Job Summary
Conduct daily warehouse operations including staging production floors, moving products, loading/unloading materials, and operating dock equipment. Perform cycle counts, pull material from inventory, and verify incoming goods while completing all required paperwork and computer entries. Inspect equipment and materials for damage or discrepancies, troubleshoot inventory issues, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Follow all safety regulations, departmental SOPs, and housekeeping requirements while supporting all warehouse personnel. Operate under a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (8am to 8pm) with 3 days on/4 days off or 4 days on/3 days off rotations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 or more years experience in a warehouse environment
- 1 yr forklift operator experience (preferred)
- Able to read, write, and communicate (in English) to complete required forms and verify quality products being shipped/received
- Valid lift truck license or able to attain certification
- Basic math skills
- Able to work well with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, days or nights
- Able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, stoop, push/pull, lift, climb, reach, and crawl for extended periods multiple times per day
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Able to work safely around moving mechanical parts
- No fear of heights (equivalent to a 4-5 story building)
- Must have good vision, eye-hand coordination, and hearing
- Must have manual dexterity involving total wrist action, twisting, pulling, and raising arms at or above shoulder height
- Able to work in warm, humid, and cool climates for duration of shift and/or including overtime
- Able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which includes safety glasses, safety goggles, hearing protection, steel toe shoes/boots, gloves, harness, and head/face protection
- Must be available and able to train Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
