Job Summary
This contract to hire position seeks a Warehouse Worker responsible for physical receipt of products, staging, and routing of materials. Candidates will perform duties such as inspecting items, ensuring proper stock rotation, preparing shipments, and complying with relevant safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School diploma or GED
- One-year previous materials management experience
Desired Qualifications
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be able to lift up to seventy (70) pounds
- Ability to operate materials handling equipment as needed (fork lift, pallet jack, etc.)
Additional Requirements
- Candidate must have reliable transportation to get to/from worksite without issue
- Must be available to work whenever scheduled, BE ON TIME, and stay for the entire shift
- Candidates need to be within a 20-25 min commute window to ensure their ability to travel to/from the site for coverage
- Candidates need to agree to speaking with the hiring manager for a phone screen and/or onsite interview
