Job Summary
Warehouse Worker needed for Saturday-Tuesday shift in Cardinal Health distribution. Responsibilities include accurately picking, performing quality control checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and preparing orders for shipment; cross-training in multiple warehouse areas; utilizing Warehouse Management System (WMS); operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, order picker, reach truck); housekeeping and inventory control; adherence to OSHA standards and site safety policies; and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting performance standards. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; RF scanner/voice picking experience is highly preferred; overtime availability and teamwork oriented communication are important.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
- Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice
- Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) scanner and/or voice picking highly preferred
