Job Summary
Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products while reading production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved. Load and unload materials from storage bins, pallets, and vehicles that cannot be handled by material handling devices, then assort and place items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences. Fill requisitions, record received or distributed items, and maintain inventory records while performing routine housekeeping tasks. Operate manual or mechanical devices to stock inventory shelves and prepare materials for delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Post offer drug screen and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Group, LLC. Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
- Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others at the workplace
- Computer literacy - Google Workspace

- Must be available for local work in Salt Lake City, UT (No per diem available, local candidates only)
- Must be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds from ground level, waist level, and/or overhead
- Must be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc. above and below ground level
- Must be able to maintain balance on ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc.
- Must be able to reach in all directions
- Must be able to handle and manipulate objects and materials
- Must be able to coordinate the movements of eyes, hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment
- Must be able to carry objects, tools, equipment, etc.
- Must be able to stand / sitting
