Job Summary
Follow established processes to fulfill orders by accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing items, and preparing them for shipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while performing housekeeping and inventory control tasks. Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed. Train others and obtain certification to drive material handling equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks as required. Receive and fulfill orders to ensure customers obtain necessary products for patient care. Work in a fast-paced distribution environment meeting established performance quotas. All training is provided starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
- Must be flexible to work overtime as needed
- Ability to follow direction and change priorities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established performance quotas and attendance requirements
- Basic proficiency in English is required, including being able to read and write in English in order to process documents
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with technologies, like computers or point of sale systems, a plus
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty
