Job Summary
Pull orders based on pick tickets to accurately build loads for delivery trucks and operate industrial power equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts. Transport raw materials, finished goods, and supplies to designated areas while staging completed pallets and loading/unloading trailers. Monitor incoming and outgoing product for accountability accuracy, restock shelves, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Manually lift and move product to repack items, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation while adhering to safety standards and good manufacturing practices. Meet productivity requirements and work independently with little supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time while working on equipment.
- Face shield and gloves mandatory while filling both propane and CO2.
- Hair nets if working on open container end of the lines.
- Hearing protection dependent on specified areas.
- Close vision and the ability to focus when using computer terminals.
- Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product.
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to train new employees.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems associated to the warehouse and production issues.

Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 0 - 1 year of general work experience.
- Prior warehouse/production/equipment service experience preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
