Job Summary
Warehouse Worker (Onsite) responsible for receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping of materials. Roles include operating forklifts, processing SAP goods receipts, ensuring materials reach production on time, conducting cycle counts, maintaining 5S, and ensuring accurate inventory. Requires forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days), SAP experience (MIGO/MB1B), ability to read pick lists and labels, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods. Must be authorized to work in the US; company does not sponsor visas. Physical requirements include standing 8+ hours and manual handling in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic computer skills – able to learn SAP transactions with training (MIGO, MB1B)
- Ability to read pick lists, labels, and simple drawings
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Experience with lot control or FIFO inventory
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly, stand/walk 8+ hours, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial trucks.
