Job Summary
Warehouse Worker responsible for meeting production standards, maintaining clean work areas, and operating in accordance with safety and quality requirements. Reports production waste/issues to the Production Lead or Supervisor, notifies leads when stepping off the line, and performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, completion of safety training, ability to understand verbal and written instructions, troubleshooting skills, and teamwork. Physical duties include standing 8–12 hours per shift and lifting up to 35 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
- Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
- Troubleshoot problems and report issues
- Must work well in team environment
