Job Summary
Follow all work instructions and safety rules while reinforcing compliance with peers. Execute internal transfers using FIFO methodology, unload and load trucks and containers, and prepare orders accurately by pulling products and packaging them for delivery. Take raw material samples for QC analysis when requested, notify the supervisor of non-conforming products, and maintain proper storage with stock rotation. Perform daily inventory checks, keep paperwork signed and organized, and ensure equipment and the work area are clean and functional. Maintain forklifts via daily checklists and report defects immediately. Anticipate problems and take preventative actions. Operate under limited supervision with a high school degree and two years of similar experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- 2 year experience in in a similar environment and position
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Ability to use MS Office applications (e. g. Word and Excel) and PRISM or SAP or ERP Enviroment
- Required to stand, walk, and climb stairs
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg
- Bending and lifting
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
