Job Summary
Warehouse Worker II performs independent material handling, picking, packing, staging, and inventory support in a warehouse/distribution center. Responsibilities include moving materials safely, verifying item numbers and quantities, staging orders for production or shipment, and operating warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, forklifts as trained). Must follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines; communicate shortages or delays; participate in shift handovers; support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation; and collaborate with warehouse clerks, shipping/receiving, and logistics teams. Emphasis on accuracy, safety, and adherence to procedures; opportunities for continuous improvement in material flow and efficiency. Required basic warehouse knowledge, ability to lift and stand for extended periods, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred
