Job Summary
Process customer orders daily by receiving, picking, packing, or shipping products. Package and label shipments according to standard operating procedures and complete documentation requirements for hazardous materials. Ensure inventory is stored properly while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Work in one or more process paths to support the delivery of life-saving equipment and laboratory supplies. This 2nd shift role involves standing for the full duration and lifting up to 50 lbs. with some PPE required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of general warehouse experience
- Ability to stand and move about the warehouse for significant periods of time (involving walking, stooping, bending, and reaching)
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs
- Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)
- Experience handling hazardous materials (chemicals)
- Experience with computers and scanning equipment
