Job Summary
Load and unload shipments, perform shipping/receiving, pick/pack and prepare customer orders, and maintain organized inventory in a fast-paced warehouse. Operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment such as order pickers and cherry pickers to retrieve stock, conduct routine cycle counts, and report inventory discrepancies. Emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, reliability, and strong organizational/time management skills to support daily warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment (order picker/cherry picker)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude
