Job Summary
Warehouse Worker role combining warehouse operations support and occasional delivery driving, responsible for loading/unloading shipments, organizing inventory, picking/packing orders, and delivering to stores. Operates warehouse equipment (forklifts and pallet jacks) with training provided, adheres to safety and compliance regulations, and communicates effectively with warehouse staff and delivery recipients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Class C).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends if needed.
- Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50lbs regularly and occasionally heavier items with assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
