Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders. Store, label, organize, pick, pack, and issue inventory accurately. Perform inventory cycle counts, maintain accurate records, and resolve discrepancies. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment after required training. Optimize storage locations and support kitting and Kanban replenishment initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all safety procedures. Work the 2nd shift from 1400-2230. Requires NEST and SIPP training, minimum one year of warehouse experience, and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift and/or 3-way narrow aisle forklift
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and in environments where clothing may become dirty
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Must be able to work safely at heights when required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems
- Inventory control experience
- Experience operating a swing reach forklift
