Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, transporting items, and staging orders for drivers. Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and handheld devices to sort, scan, and build pallets while following instructions in English. Work in climate-controlled facilities operating moving equipment like mobile cards and rolling cages. Shifts include early morning, overnight, or flexible hours ranging from part-time to full-time with overtime opportunities. You'll complete on-the-job training during your first few days.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Must be able to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Must be able to use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans
- Must be able to build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
- Must be able to receive truck deliveries of customer packages
- Must be available for Early Morning and Overnight hours
- Must be available for Full-Time (40 hours), Reduced-Time (30-39 hours), Part-Time (20-29 hours), or Flex-Time (minimum 4 hours/week)
- Must be able to choose from a Fixed or Flexible Schedule
