Job Summary
Warehouse Worker (First Shift) at Nelson-Jameson in Marshfield, WI. Responsible for loading/unloading trucks, receiving and issuing inventory, performing put-away, printing and labeling shipments, assisting with picking/packing and outbound shipments, maintaining accuracy of documentation, and operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Must be proficient in documents for unloading/loading, accurate PO receipt, and ready to support inventory and cycle counts while maintaining a clean, safe facility. The role requires basic computer skills, experience with scanners or warehouse systems, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative team mindset. The position offers a full-time schedule Monday–Friday with benefits and a competitive starting hourly wage, with pay dependent on experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical warehouse work
- Ability to frequently lift up to 56 lbs, occasionally lift 75+ lbs
