Job Summary
Conduct daily receiving, stocking, and pulling of product for customer orders using pick sheets to ensure accuracy. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handcarts to load, unload, and transport goods while maintaining safe driving practices. Assemble customer orders on pallets, verify quality specifications, and document received or damaged items. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and stocked according to SKU locations. Participate in inventory cycles and maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies. Work in a Sumner, WA warehouse with varying temperatures and occasional outdoor exposure.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 18 years of age
- Must have or acquire forklift certification
- Complete visual ability
- Ability to lift 27-55 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 170 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Forklift certification (must acquire)
- Background/Drug Screen
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer working knowledge of warehousing, forklift, and pallet jack operations
- Pallet building knowledge
- Inventory procedures knowledge
- One to three months of related experience and/or training
