Job Summary
Conduct daily receiving, stocking, and pulling of product for customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Load or unload delivery trucks, count, sort, or weigh incoming items to verify receipt, and store products in bins, racks, or shelves according to identifying information. Utilize company computer systems to direct workflow, read pick sheets to determine items for gathering and distribution, and assemble orders on pallets effectively and safely. Examine stock for quality conformance, document damaged or out-of-date items, and maintain organized work areas while participating in inventory cycles. Obtain and maintain forklift certification to operate pallet jacks safely.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 21 years of age
- Prefer working knowledge of warehousing, forklift and pallet jack operations, pallet building, and inventory procedures
- Must have or acquire forklift certification
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Complete visual ability
